BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY To Confirm a Booking, a Credit Card Authority secured against the booking of full fee is required. We do not accept Debit cards for authorization. Payment must be made in full 3 days prior to booking date by direct deposit, debit or credit card. We accept Visa or Mastercard and a $5.00 transaction fee applies.
A Cancellation will only be accepted in writing via email.
All Cancellation's incur a non refundable $50 booking fee. Cancellations within (21) twenty one days of booking date 50% of the total booking amount is charged and within (14) fourteen days 100% of the total booking amount is charged. E
xception: Bookings for the Months of November and December incur 100% of the total booking amount within (28) twenty eight days of booking date.
Important Our Entertainers do not perform in the Heat of the Sun, Rain, on Damp, Wet or Muddy Surfaces or Environments where the Noise Level exceeds their ability to be heard by the Children. A comfortable environment is required for the duration of the Entertainment. On Hot Days these include a Cool Indoor Room or Outdoor Shaded Area, but not Gazebos or Shade Cloths erected in the Sun. For large Events in Halls and/or Reception Centre, a quiet space is required for the games and activities portion of the entertainment only. For bookings that include a Suited Character, a private room is required for entertainer to Change in and/or have breaks. Your co-operation is appreciated.
